REFUND POLICY 

At Nomad, we take pride in delivering high-quality products to our customers around the world. Please note that exchanges and refunds are not permitted, except under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Refund/Exchange

Your request will only be considered if it meets one or more of the following criteria:

• Incorrect size received
• Product is damaged
• Exceptional circumstances (at Nomad's discretion)

*Important Note*: customised products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.

2. Return Guidelines

If your return qualifies under the above criteria, the following conditions must be met:

- Product Condition

The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags, and must be unworn and unwashed.

- Timely Request

You must initiate your return request within 24 hours of receiving your item.

- Return Shipping

For returns under exceptional circumstances, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Use a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure safe and verifiable delivery.

- Inspection & Approval

Once we receive your returned product, it will be inspected to confirm it meets our return eligibility criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed accordingly.

- Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
