General Information

All our abayas are exclusively designed and manufactured in the United Arab Emirates, specifically the Emirate of Dubai. We decided to make our abayas there because, although the cost is higher, we believe that there is no better place to achieve the Emirati designs we want than in the United Arab Emirates.

Whether your order is national (Spanish Peninsula, Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) or international: we always recommend you to check first the information related to your local taxes policy before you place the order on our website. This will help you to avoid any type of surprise when you receive your order. Nomad Abayas is not responsible for any kind of taxes once the order is shipped and delivered to you and therefore we will not be able to help you with the payment of the possible charges, that is the reason we truly recommend you to verify your local policy first. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipment Information

Once we receive the payment, we process the order within 24 working hours, although we usually prepare and ship it the same day we receive the payment.

It depends on your location, but normally about 3-4 working days for the Peninsula and up to a week for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. We work with Standard Shipping.

Through the free shipping option included with the order, Standard Shipping Option by Correos, we are unable to provide any tracking number. This means that you will not be able to track where your package is at the moment, but it is an option just as safe as the others offered by Correos. In addition, in case there is a problem in the delivery, they will contact the recipient (you) and sender (Nomad Abayas). If you want to know the tracking number, you can inform us when placing your order so that we take it into account, but you must pay an extra + 5 EUR to be able to send it through the Correos Express option, which has a tracking number and it is faster than Standard Shipping Option.

Product availability is indicated on the product page. If a product is in stock, you will see a “Add to Cart” button. If it’s out of stock, you may see a notification or the option to be notified when it’s back in stock.
Yes, you can make purchases as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account allows you to save your shipping information, track your orders, and access exclusive offers.
